This has been a crazy year.

In Australia, after a relatively short time of online learning and teaching, schools opened again. None of us felt super safe about it, but back they went. Now in Victoria, schools are shutting again as the number of Covid-19 cases are rising through community transmission.

In India, I have heard that schools, which closed in early March are still not opening and in the USA we see teachers preparing for the new school year. The Covid numbers in both those countries are frightening and our teacher colleagues, school leaders and parents are facing a great uncertainty.

There are many groups gathering insights about how education is going to be changed during and after this pandemic. Interestingly the speed that schools and teachers were able to pivot and take their learning online is being seen as remarkable for many in business.
